Claim Procedure
In the event of a loss resulting from theft or accident to your vehicle:

Lodge police report within 24 hours. |
| 2. |
Notify BH Insurance (M) Bhd. immediately. |
| 3. |
Send vehicle to a PIAM´s approved repairer. |
Claims Documentation
The following documentation is required by BH Insurance (M) Bhd. to process your Motor Insurance claims:

For convenience, PIAM´s approved repairer will assist you with the completion of the claim if your vehicle is sent there for repairs. You can call our Auto Assist hotline at 1-800-88-1033 to obtain details of the nearest PIAM approved repairer.
Repair Estimates
Send the damaged vehicle to any of PIAM´s approved repairer of your own choice and obtain an estimate of the repair cost from them.
