For every private car insured in Malaysia with our Comprehensive Private Car policy, we will provide free BHI Auto Assist service as a value added service for our policy holders. The service includes attending to emergency call from policy holders when the insured vehicle had a road accident or breakdown. BHI Auto Assist will arrange for assistance from the nearest auto assist workshop to attend to the vehicle. Towing and off site repairs can be arranged at reasonable cost. BH Insurance (M) Bhd. will bear the first RM200 of minor repair or towing cost. Any cost of spare parts or other cost above RM200 shall be borne by the driver/policy holder.
